Shipping within Colombia

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped in 1-3 business days depending on whether your product is made-to-order or not. If you place your order on Friday after 12pm, it will be processed until Monday, unless it’s a holiday, and then it will be processed on Tuesday.

Once your order has shipped, it will be with you in 1-5 business days.

Shipping costs:

Within Bogota: $6,340 COP

Rest of Colombia: $13,315 COP

**Please note: The moment you place your order, your products will be automathically insured for the value of your order with Coordinadora. We have never had any issues, but rest assured, we’ve got you covered. If you happen to have a problem with your order, use the tracking information to make a claim directly with Coordinadora. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damaged packages,  any additional shipping costs, lost, or stolen packages, and it is not a reason for reimbursement.

**At the moment we are not offering an option for pickup. We are looking for a space so that you can visit us soon!

International Shipping

We are currently shipping to the following countries:

Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla, Argentina, Austria, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, St. Barthelemy, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, and U.S Virgin Islands.

We ship internationally through DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

International Shipping Costs:

Countries in the Americas: $19,77 USD Fixed price 

Countries in Europe: $43 USD 

*Please note: On orders to Europe we use a different shipping company than to the Americas as it offers lower costs. Having said this, please be aware that if your order weighs more than 0,5lbs on orders to Europe, the shipping cost will be $53 USD, instead of $43 USD. 

*Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or any other additional import fees that some countries may charge at customs. As a client, you are responsible for paying all duties, taxes or import fees upon delivery. 

Shipping from Colombia is expensive, and we want you to know that we are working on lowering the costs. In the meantime, please know we are already assuming part of the shipping cost, so that it’s not as high for you. 

*Always check your address before and after placing your order, if you have any mistakes, please write us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary corrections before sending the package, so that your order arrives where it’s supposed to.
